“用我智慧奉献爱”，走在青少年气象科普志愿者的最前线

天朗气清，惠风和畅。气象科学工作室和学校“树蕙气象站”的20余名同学以饱满的热情迅速地投入到了各自的工作岗位。

模拟联合国气候大会，走在气候变化的最前线

作为全国气象科普教育基地，由北京一零一中矿大分校高二年级李宛十、禄兆平、高一年级龚靖轩、冉子萱、张璐五位同学组成的代表团参加了首届全国中学生模拟联合国气候大会。

谈判的议题主要围绕“加强《联合国气候变化框架公约》的执行并实现其第二条即‘将大气中温室气体的浓度稳定在防止气候系统受到危险的人为干扰的水平上。这一水平应当在足以使生态系统能够自然地适应气候变化、确保粮食生产免受威胁并使经济发展能够可持续地进行的时间范围内实现’目标，进一步加强对气候变化威胁的全球应对”这个主题，从温度、减排、资金三个方面进行谈判。

与世界气象组织面对面，走在青少年气象行动最前线

以直播互动的形式，北京一零一中矿大分校师生就世界气象组织关心的青少年参与气象科普前沿行动的问题做了实时交流。

Question: Please share your feelings about being a little volunteer for World Meteorological Day.

Answer: Hello everyone, my name is Shi Yutong, a Junior One student from Beijing 101Middle School, Kuangda Campus. I am delighted to be a volunteer at the Meteorological Science Museum for World Meteorological Day. While at school, I learned a lot about meteorological knowledge through the campus weather station. I understand that meteorological disasters are currently the most significant natural disasters affecting our lives, especially floods and droughts. As teenagers, we should actively pay attention to changes in weather and climate, and engage in disaster prevention and skills training before disasters occur. My explanations at the Meteorological Science Museum can help more classmates raise their awareness and skills in disaster prevention, enabling them to respond more effectively and promptly when natural disasters occur, better protecting themselves and the environment.

Question: Why did you choose to become a volunteer for World Meteorological Day?

Answer: Hello everyone, my name is Zhang Shangwen, a Senior Two student from Beijing 101Middle School, Kuangda Campus. I am honored to represent my school in participating in the annual volunteer service activities for World Meteorological Day. As a member of the Earth and Environment Branch of the School's Yingcai Youth Science Institute, it is meaningful to become a volunteer and participate in the popularization of meteorological knowledge on World Meteorological Day, raising public awareness of meteorology and disaster prevention and reduction. Our school has a Shuhui Weather Station, through which we have accumulated rich meteorological knowledge through campus meteorological activities and high school geography courses. Participating in such a grand event as World Meteorological Day allows me to apply what I have learned to educate the public about meteorology and climatology, putting what we have learned into practice and showing the fruits of our diligent studies.

Question: Why does the school choose to participate in the volunteer service work of the China Meteorological Administration every year?

Answer: As a national meteorological science education base, meteorological education is an important component of our school's curriculum education. Through every child, we bring awareness of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction into every family. Volunteer service activities are an important way to feed back the achievements of science and technology education to society. Through volunteer service activities , we cultivate children's awareness of applying what they have learned to practical use and serving society.

北京一零一中矿大分校，经过多年气象教育实践，学校先后获评国际生态学校、全国气象教育特色学校、全国生态环境教育百强学校、全国优秀气象科普教育基地、全国示范校园气象站等。气象科学工作室的同学们连续多年在全国和北京市中小学生气象知识竞赛中荣获初中组和高中组冠军，学校曾在全国中小学校园气象论坛上做经验分享。

天气主播，气象有我，与央视气象主播肩并肩

作为防灾减灾的前沿环节“天气预报”，在活动即将结束之时，忙碌了一天的小志愿者们抓住这难得的机会，走进了气象节目的演播室，体验气象节目的录制过程，与央视主持面对面，从专业的角度了解整个天气预报的制作及播出过程，从青少年视角展示气象预报最前线。

作为全国气象科普教育基地，气象教育是北京一零一中矿大分校课程教育的重要组分。通过每一个孩子，将气象防灾减灾的意识带入每一个家庭。而志愿服务活动更是将科技教育成果反哺社会的重要途径。通过世界气象日的志愿服务活动，培养孩子们学以致用、服务社会的意识。
